Alan G. Kabat, OD, FAAO is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Optometry at Salus University's Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He specializes in Ocular Disease and Anterior Segment Disorders, with a focus on conditions like allergic conjunctivitis and neurotrophic keratopathy. His clinical expertise includes ocular injections, minor lid procedures, and laser therapy of the anterior segment.
Dr. Kabat holds a BA in Biological Science from Rutgers University, BS/OD degrees from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, and a residency in optometry from John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital. He has been recognized with the BSK Teacher of the Year Award (2014) and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
