Akito van Troyer is an Associate Professor of Electronic Production and Design at Berklee College of Music, with expertise in music technology, interactive media design, sound synthesis, and machine learning in musical applications. He holds a Ph.D. in Media Arts and Sciences from MIT (2018), an M.S. in Media Arts and Sciences from MIT (2012), an M.S. in Music Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology (2010), and a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies for Multimedia from the University of Hawaii (2008).
