Akhtar Hussain

Akhtar Hussain serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Laval University, Quebec. His research centers on AI-driven optimization of power and energy systems, with emphasis on microgrid resilience, distributed energy resource integration, and electric vehicle-grid interactions. He actively contributes to advancing grid reliability through innovative resource allocation and consumer satisfaction frameworks.
