Akant Sengül is a Researcher at the Chair of Experimental Physics and Functional Materials at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg since 2021. His work focuses on sensor technology and functional materials, including electronic muscle fiber development and quantum sensor validation. He holds a M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Electrical and Information Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, with research emphases on micro-, opto-, and quantum electronics.

He collaborates with the University of Stuttgart on biomechanical systems modeling.
Teaching: Instructs modules in General Physics I (Mechanics, Thermodynamics) and General Physics IV (Solid State Physics).
