Aintzane Cabo Bilbao

Aintzane Cabo Bilbao serves as an Interim Teaching Staff member (Lecturer) in the Department of Educational Sciences at the Faculty of Education, Philosophy and Anthropology, University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), teaching in the Social Education degree program at the Bilbao campus.

Her academic credentials include:

Her research pioneers socio-educational inclusion through the KideON research group, focusing on community development and youth activation grounded in non-exclusion principles and human rights. She examines historical Basque social entities while advancing street education methodologies and sustainability transitions via transdisciplinary frameworks.

She directs multiple Erasmus+ projects across Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Portugal, and Spain, currently leading the UPV/EHU team in the "NEXUS: connecting teams between school and street" initiative with ANNF in Navarra. Her innovation portfolio spans values education through ICTs with the University of Cantabria and ecosocial transition projects through Campus Bizia Lab and I3KD networks.

Dr. Cabo Bilbao actively shapes socio-educational interventions through the KideON research group and NEXUS project, strengthening community-school partnerships across the Basque Country.
