Aimee Neaverson is a Senior Lecturer in Criminology at the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, Education and Social Sciences, Anglia Ruskin University (ARU). Her affiliation includes the Zurich Project on Social Development (zIReN) as an international research partner. She holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge’s Institute of Criminology, funded by the Wakefield Scholarship (2013–2015).

Recent Work Trends: Publications analyze barriers in multi-agency responses to organized youth crime and protective mechanisms in aggressive behavior development. Her 2022 study highlighted teacher-student relationships as mitigators of aggression linked to corporal punishment.
