Aimee L. Terosky is Professor and Associate Dean in the School of Education and Human Development at Saint Joseph's University, specializing in educational leadership and faculty development.

Her research examines career management in K-16 education, faculty professional growth, and leadership development. Current projects investigate stress resilience in equity-oriented school leadership and mid-career faculty advancement strategies in higher education.
