Dr. Ahu Gumrah Parry is a Lecturer in Bioinspired Soft Matter at the School of Materials, University of Manchester. She holds a BP-ICAM Dame Kathleen Lonsdale Research Fellowship (2019) and a Schlumberger Faculty for the Future Fellowship (2012). Her research focuses on sustainable nanomaterials, self-assembly processes, and biomimetic functional materials with applications in energy harvesting, sensors, and chemical separation systems.

- Ph.D. in Controlled Production of Carbon Nanotubes, Sabanci University, Istanbul

- Design of nanoparticles from natural and sustainable sources
