Dr. Ahmet Murat Fiş is an Assistant Professor and Chair of the Entrepreneurship Department at Özyeğin University since 2009. He holds a PhD from Sabancı University (2009), an MBA from Oklahoma State University (1995), and a BSc in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University (1993). His research focuses on corporate entrepreneurship, women’s entrepreneurship, and innovation strategies. He has contributed to peer-reviewed journals like European Journal of Marketing and AMS Review, and received awards including the Best Paper Award at the International Entrepreneurship Forum. Dr. Fiş has also served as Assessor and Chief Assessor for the Turkish National Quality Award (1999–2023). His teaching spans undergraduate and graduate entrepreneurship courses including 'Creative Destruction' and 'New Business Creation'.
