Ahmedullah Aziz

Dr. Ahmedullah Aziz is an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA. He holds a Ph.D. from Purdue University (2019), an M.S. from Pennsylvania State University (2016), and a B.S. from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (2013). His career includes industry experience at Samsung R&D Institute and GlobalFoundries.

• Research Focus: Device-circuit co-design, electronic design automation (EDA), physics-based compact modeling of emerging technologies (Mott switches, oxide memristors, ferroelectric transistors, Josephson junctions, cryotrons, topological switches), and cryogenic electronics.
