Agnieszka Lubkiewicz

Agnieszka Lubkiewicz is affiliated with the Chair of Information Systems I, Innovation and Value Creation at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg's School of Business, Economics and Society. She holds an M.Sc. in International Business Studies (2019) from FAU, specializing in innovation management and value creation. Her undergraduate studies in International Business Negotiations were completed at Wroclaw University of Economics, with a semester abroad at Universitá degli Studi di Cagliari and internship experience at Credit Suisse Bank.

Her professional roles include coordinating FAU's executive education program “Leading Digital Transformation” (developed with Indian Institute of Management Bangalore), managing startup collaborations for the Chair, and overseeing student exchange programs. She has practical experience from a digital startup in Czech Republic/Poland and completed the Digital Tech Academy elite entrepreneurial program and ZOLLHOF Tech Incubator's TALENT Program.

Research interests focus on service systems, digital product-service systems, business model innovation, corporate-startup collaboration, digital entrepreneurship, and predictive analytics. She was awarded the BAYHOST scholarship throughout her Master's degree.

Her activities bridge academic research with practical innovation, emphasizing digital transformation frameworks and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
