معرفی
Agneta Lundström serves as a part-time lecturer at Umeå University's Department of Applied Educational Sciences, based at the Science Building (Naturvetarhuset), floor 4, building body NB, Johan Bures väg 16 in Umeå. Her academic work focuses on the critical intersection of educational practice and conflict dynamics within school environments.
Lundström's research program centers on conflict resolution in educational settings, with particular emphasis on bibliometric analysis of school conflict literature (1996-2019), teacher cognition regarding emerging conflicts, and gender perspectives in conflict management. Her methodology combines quantitative bibliometric approaches with qualitative investigations into teacher experiences, creating a robust evidence base for understanding conflict patterns and resolution strategies in Nordic educational contexts. Current work examines how teachers conceptualize and strategize about conflicts before escalation occurs.
Publication trends from 2008-2022 reveal progressive specialization in bibliometric methodology while maintaining practical relevance for educators. Her most recent work (2020-2022) shifts toward teacher cognition and prevention strategies, building upon earlier foundational bibliometric mappings (2017-2019) and gender studies (2008). The research consistently bridges theoretical frameworks with classroom applications, addressing bullying, anti-democratic actions, and special educator preparation within Scandinavian and European contexts.
