Agnes Kandlbinder is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the URPP Human Reproduction Reloaded (H2R), Sub-Project 4: CRISPR Technology in Human Reproduction at the University of Zurich. Her work bridges socioethical analysis with reproductive technologies, focusing on intersecting justice frameworks.
- Education: PhD Candidate (University of Zurich, since 2022), MA in Women’s Studies (University of York, 2020–2021), BA in Religious Studies and Languages, Literature, Culture (LMU Munich, 2016–2020)
- Research Interests: Reproductive justice, dis/ability justice, queer family building, and ethical implications of germline genome editing
- Key Roles: Associate Editor of Cultivate Feminism, former Chairperson of LMU’s Religious Studies student council
Her research explores the intersection of CRISPR technology, reproductive autonomy, and social justice. She has been recognized as a fellow of Evangelisches Studienwerk Villigst e.V. and contributes to feminist academic discourse through editorial and working group participation.
