Agnes Aponte-Munoz

Dr. Agnes Aponte-Munoz is a Part-Time Lecturer at Arizona State University’s MLFC Division for Advancing Education Policy, Practice, and Leadership. Her expertise bridges Criminal Justice, Criminology, and eLearning Education, with a focus on intelligence analysis, organized crime, and social justice.

• Education: Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice (minor in Forensic Psychology), Master’s in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement, Doctorate in Education (minor in Instructional Technology and Distance Education), and Postgraduate in Intelligence Studies.

Her research explores transnational narcotrafficking, police reform, and Latin American crime policy. As a Bilingual eLearning Instructional Designer, she integrates real-world law enforcement scenarios into adaptive digital learning frameworks.

Professional experience includes roles as a Special Agent at Puerto Rico Department of Justice, Criminal Intelligence Analyst at INTERPOL-Puerto Rico, and founder of The Space of Agnes Elisa, LLC and Inteligencia Sociedad, LLC, offering training in threat assessment, OSINT (Open Source Intelligence), and link analysis.
