Adrienne N. Pinckney is an Associate Professor and Program Director of the Institute for Physical Therapy Education at Widener University. She holds a PhD in Higher Education Leadership from Notre Dame of Maryland University (2022), DPT from Arcadia University (2016), and an MPT from the University of Delaware (2003). Her career spans 19 years of clinical practice and 17 years in academic/clinical physical therapy education, including roles as an APTA Advanced Credentialed Clinical Instructor and Site Coordinator of Clinical Education.

In media engagements, she partnered with Youth Development United to advance STEM career awareness in Chester communities. Her professional memberships include APTA (since 2001), AERA (since 2017), and AERA Division for the Professions.
