Adrie J.J. Straathof

Dr. Adrie J.J. Straathof is an Associate Professor and Section Leader in the Department of Biotechnology at the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Delft University of Technology (TU Delft). His research focuses on the integration of microbial and enzymatic conversions for sustainable production of chemicals and fuels from renewable resources like biomass and CO2, with particular emphasis on in-situ product recovery and model-based bioprocess optimization.
