Dr. Adrian Tootell is a Lecturer in the School of Business at the University of Wollongong, specializing in management and operations. His research focuses on relationship marketing strategies to foster innovation collaborations between universities and industry, emphasizing knowledge creation and translating scientific research into commercial products. He has over 20 years of industry experience in roles including product research, process manufacturing, and leadership of technical teams across domestic and international markets.
