Adnan Shaout

Adnan Shaout is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Michigan-Dearborn's College of Engineering and Computer Science. He obtained his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University. His teaching areas include Computer Engineering, and his research spans Computing and Networks, Cybersecurity, Machine Learning, Optimization, Intelligent Systems, and Software Engineering.

His scientific work includes 15 recent articles analyzing applications of Fuzzy Logic in Battery Management, Disease Detection, Environmental Control, and Drone Decision-Making. These publications highlight trends in Machine Learning and AI within Automotive and Agricultural contexts.
