Adelheid Soubry is a Senior Lecturer at the KU Leuven Faculty of Medicine, leading the Laboratory for Epigenetic Epidemiology and affiliated with the Department of Human Genetics. She contributes to interdisciplinary research through memberships in the KU Leuven Institute for Child and Youth (LC&Y) and Institute for Urban Studies (LUSI).

She has published extensively on epigenetic biomarkers in reproductive health and environmental monitoring, utilizing technologies like Oxford Nanopore Sequencing for advanced analysis.
