Adel Dhiyaf

Adel Dhiyaf is an Assistant Professor of Physics at the University of Tripoli's Faculty of Science in Tripoli, Libya. He holds an MSc in Physics from the University of Tripoli (2007) and a PhD in Physics from Heriot Watt University, Scotland, UK (2014). His research focuses on solar energy applications, including thermal conversion and photovoltaics, as well as solid-state physics. He has experience teaching Physics to Science, Engineering, and Pre-medical students, and contributed to the Energy Management MSc program via a TEMPUS project. Currently, he serves as Head of the Physics Department and Director of the International Cooperation Office at the University of Tripoli.

Dr. Dhiyaf has edited and refereed papers for journals such as the Journal of Solar Energy and Sustainable Development (JSESD) and the Journal of Electronic Systems and Programming.
