Adam W. Stauffer

Adam W. Stauffer is a Lecturer at the Shidler College of Business, University of Hawaii at Manoa. He holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Biology from Trinity College. His professional background includes roles as an ETF trader at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers, a Segment Marketing Manager at Advent Software, and Chief Investment Officer of a Registered Investment Advisor in the British Virgin Islands.

He teaches courses such as BUS 620, BUS 313, BUS 314, and FIN 321, focusing on economic foundations, global business finance, and international finance. Beyond academia, Adam is committed to environmental sustainability, spearheading a Food Forest project in Erie, Pennsylvania, to create a biodiverse, sustainable ecosystem. His personal adventures include sailing across the Caribbean and surfing in Haleiwa, Hawaii, with his family.
