Adam Sparks is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ), affiliated with the Centre for Crop Health (CCH). He holds a BSc in Soil & Crop Management from Purdue University, a Graduate Certificate in Geospatial Information Science from Kansas State University, and a PhD from Kansas State University.
Research Focus
His research integrates plant disease and pest epidemiology, crop health management decision tools, and the impacts of global and climate change on agricultural systems. He explores mitigation and adaptation strategies to enhance crop resilience and investigates the drivers of plant disease epidemics to improve management frameworks.
