Dr. Adam Hearn is a Lecturer and Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Basel, affiliated with multiple faculties including Theology, Philosophy & History, and Business Administration. He holds a PhD in Sustainability from the SMART BEEjS Horizon2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie ITN program. His research focuses on religion and sustainability, energy justice, and positive energy districts, particularly through the SNSF-funded project 'Are Religions Becoming Green?'. He co-teaches courses on energy transitions and sustainability frameworks. His work bridges social sciences and environmental policy through mixed-methods approaches.
