Adam Cowing is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Law at the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he teaches in the Community and Economic Development Clinic. His work focuses on affordable housing law, community development, and racial equity in housing policy. Prior to UCI, he taught at Yale Law School and practiced at Bocarsly Emden Cowan Esmail & Arndt LLP, specializing in affordable housing law.
