Abigail Cutler

Abigail (Abby) Cutler, MD, MPH, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She serves as Principal Investigator for the research project When Pregnancies Become Complicated: Consequences of Dobbs for Patients and Ob-Gyn Physicians in Wisconsin, focusing on reproductive healthcare policy impacts.

Her research interests center on reproductive justice, maternal healthcare access, and the systemic effects of healthcare legislation on clinical practice and patient outcomes. She holds dual clinical and public health qualifications (MD and MPH degrees).
