Dr. Abel Karera serves as a Lecturer in Diagnostic Radiography and Imaging at Ulster University's Magee campus, part of the School of Health Sciences within the Faculty of Life & Health Sciences. Based in Room MF125 on the Derry~Londonderry campus, he contributes to radiography education and research with a focus on clinical practice and imaging science.
Dr. Karera recently completed his PhD research at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, titled 'Image interpretation system for diagnostic radiographers: a collaborative approach,' which was awarded on April 26, 2024.
