Abedalrhman Alkhateeb is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Lakehead University. He previously served as an Assistant Professor at Princess Sumaya University for Technology (2021-2023) and as a Mitacs Accelerate Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Windsor.

Dr. Alkhateeb specializes in generative AI (GenAI), machine learning, and health informatics. His work focuses on developing AI models to predict health outcomes for cancers and mental health conditions by integrating heterogeneous clinical data through embedding techniques.
