Abdul Hassen

Abdul Hassen is a Professor and Student Affairs Coordinator in the Department of Mathematics at Rowan University. His research focuses on Analytic and Elementary Number Theory, including generalized Bernoulli and Euler numbers/poliynomials, automorphic integrals related to Hecke groups, and hypergeometric zeta functions. He has advised students on projects involving Euler’s papers and partition functions.

Education: Ph.D. in Mathematics (Temple University), M.S./B.S. in Mathematics (Addis Ababa University).

Research interests include complex zeros of polynomials, fractional hypergeometric zeta functions, and teaching advanced courses like Real/Complex Analysis and Partial Differential Equations. His work bridges pure mathematics with collaborative efforts, including international academic engagements.
