Abdollah Baei Lashaki

Abdollah Baei Lashaki is a Research Fellow at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies, European University Institute (EUI). He leads the work package on voting, organisational, and network analysis within the ERC-funded GLOBAL project, coordinated by Professor Daniele Caramani. His research focuses on the cleavages shaping world politics, particularly dimensionality of conflict through roll-call vote analysis and advanced quantitative/network methods.

• Previous Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Catania (EU Quest project on politicisation and representation in the European Parliament)
• Holds a Joint International PhD in Human Rights, Society, and Multi-level Governance

Research interests combine legislative studies, lobbying, advocacy, human rights, and EU politics, with methodological expertise in R programming and data analytics. His work bridges qualitative and quantitative approaches to generate empirically grounded insights.
