Aaron Zimmerman is a Professor of Philosophy and Chair of the Department of Philosophy at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). He holds a PhD from Cornell University, and undergraduate degrees from Tufts University. His research focuses on philosophy of mind, moral psychology, epistemology, and pragmatism, with notable contributions to debates on self-knowledge, belief theory, and moral epistemology. He is affiliated with the College of Letters and Science and serves as a faculty member in the Department of Philosophy.
