Aaron Rhyner

Aaron Rhyner is a Researcher at the Lucerne School of Social Work (HSLU). He holds a Master of Arts in Social Work with a focus on Social Innovation and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz (FHNW). His professional roles include Research Associate at HSLU and teaching positions at BFH and FHNW. His research focuses on childhood and youth development, health promotion, sexual health prevention, and gender-sensitive practices in social work.

Key projects include participatory prevention programs for addiction and HIV, gender-reflected youth work, and quality development initiatives at HSLU. He has received the 2012 Anerkennungspreis for his student project on disability self-representation. His academic contributions span articles, reports, and conference presentations on social work education, participatory methods, and program development.
