Aaron Blight is an Assistant Professor of Public Health at Shenandoah University, affiliated with the Arts & Sciences school. His expertise focuses on Public Health Policy & Leadership, Caregiving, Social Determinants of Health, and Aging & Long-Term Care. He can be reached at ablight@su.edu and is based in Henkel 213.

Before academia, Dr. Blight led health policy initiatives at the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). He founded a Winchester-area home health care business, later sold in 2017, and established Caregiving Kinetics, a consultancy supporting caregivers nationwide. This work has earned him national recognition in caregiving.
