Dr. Aaron Aslakson is the Director of Exercise Science at Crown College's School of Health + Science, Department of Biological + Health Sciences. He holds a PhD in Health and Human Performance from Concordia University–Chicago and advanced degrees in Exercise Science/Exercise Physiology and Exercise Science. His research focuses on the impact of physical activity on occupational stress and burnout, and the physiological differences between novice and elite distance runners.
