ANGELA PEREDA LOPEZ

ANGELA PEREDA LOPEZ holds the title of Professor at the University of Burgos, affiliated with the Faculty of Humanities and Communication and the Department of History, Geography and Communication. Her research focuses on Modern History, particularly within the context of the Hispanic Monarchy, examining themes such as war, culture, society, and overseas expansion.

She is a member of the research group GRUMHIS (The Hispanic Monarchy: War, Culture, Society and Overseas Expansion), contributing to studies on historical migration patterns, including her doctoral thesis on Burgos emigration to the Americas in the 16th century.
