Ana Cordellat Marzal is a Researcher at the University of Valencia, affiliated with the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences and the Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences. Her research focuses on physical fitness, sports performance, and exercise physiology, particularly in older adults.
