Şule Yaylaci is a Research Fellow at the Institute for the Study of International Migration (ISIM) within Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service. Previously, she held a Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research focuses on peace and conflict studies, race and ethnicity, migration, political psychology, and social cohesion. She examines dynamics between Syrian refugees and Turkish host communities, exploring how shared experiences influence societal integration.

- BSc in Political Science and Public Administration from Middle East Technical University (Ankara, Turkey)
