Özdem NURLUÖZ

Özdem Nurluöz is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Principles of Nursing and Management in Nursing at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Near East University. She has been with the institution since 2010 and holds a PhD in Educational Management, Governance and Planning.

Her work emphasizes governance structures in nursing education and strategic planning for healthcare institutions, bridging frontline clinical experience with administrative theory.
