Åshild Ergon is an Associate Professor at the Department of Plant Science, Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) in Ås. Her academic work focuses on plant biology, particularly the growth physiology and climate adaptation of meadow plants such as grasses and clovers. She teaches courses on these subjects and investigates how genetic and environmental factors control plant traits.
