Şerife KIBRIS is a full-time Lecturer at Kastamonu University, Turkey, affiliated with both the Faculty of Health Sciences and Araç Rafet Vergili Vocational School. She holds a PhD in Healthcare Institutions Management (2019) and a Master's in Hospital Management (2008) from Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, and a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University (2007).
