Øyvind Solberg is a Professor at the Department of Mathematical Sciences, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), within the Faculty of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering. He holds a Cand.mag, Cand.scient, and Dr.Scient degree from NTNU and is a member of the Algebra Group at NTNU. His academic memberships include the American Mathematical Society, Norwegian Mathematical Society, and Det kongelige Norske Videnskabers Selskab (DKNVS).
