Éliane Dulude is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Ottawa. Her academic work focuses on the intersection of educational policy implementation, accountability systems, data-driven decision making, and equity in education through qualitative and mixed-methods research.

Her research explores how educational leaders navigate high-stakes accountability policies, with particular emphasis on curriculum reform, organizational change, and the ethical implications for marginalized student populations. She has collaborated with international research communities in psychology, sociology, and medicine across Canada, the US, and Europe.
Recent publications address policy coherence with UN refugee education strategies, bilingual equity networks, and maladministration in neoliberal education reforms. She supervises doctoral research including Allison Gagné's work on program management and educational leadership.
