Álvaro Ferrary Ojeda

Álvaro Ferrary Ojeda is an Associate Professor at the University of Navarra, affiliated with the School of Philosophy and Letters and the Department of History, Art History, and Geography. He is part of the GIHRE Historia reciente (Recent History Research Group).

He earned his PhD from the University of Navarra in 1991 with a dissertation titled La cultura oficial española de postguerra: las bases político-ideológicas de la unidad nacional durante el primer franquismo (1936-1956), supervised by Dr. Gonzalo Redondo Gálvez. His research focuses on 20th-century Spanish history, particularly the political and ideological foundations of national unity during Francoist Spain.
