e.j. Yoder serves as a Senior Instructor and Director of the Global & Intercultural Certificate Program in the Department of Communication at the University of Colorado Denver.

Dr. Yoder's research and teaching expertise spans critical areas of contemporary communication studies:

• Food Studies

As Director of the Global & Intercultural Certificate Program, Dr. Yoder leads this interdisciplinary initiative that develops students' cross-cultural competencies for global engagement.
