burcu baba is an Adjunct Assistant Professor (Continuing) in the Department of Gender Studies at Queen’s University. Currently on leave, she holds the role of Social Justice & Action Coordinator. Her work focuses on gender studies, social justice, and mentorship initiatives. She received the Ban Righ Foundation Mentorship Award in 2020, recognizing her contributions to student mentorship and knowledge-sharing.
