María Durán Eusebio is a Lecturer in English at the Institute of Modern Languages, University of Alcalá. Her work critically engages with postcolonial identities, cultural assimilation, and the liminal experiences of Afro-descendant communities in Spain and the UK. María Durán Eusebio has actively contributed to national and international academic discourse through conference presentations on the Black British literary canon and Spanish literature by authors of African descent. Her scholarly output includes several publications analyzing identity, resistance, and marginalization in contemporary literary and dramatic works.
