Milena Kloczkowska is a Tutor in the Department of Labor Law and Social Security at the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the Catholic University of Lublin. She specializes in labor law intersections with human rights, child employment regulation, equal treatment, and the right to strike. Doctoral studies at the Catholic University of Lublin Master's degree in Law (2019) with thesis on child labor admissibility Her research focuses on contemporary labor law challenges, including youth employment in educational reforms, discrimination in temporary work, and the legal status of the right to strike as a human right. She has contributed to publications analyzing Polish labor doctrine and EU migration policies. Recent publications span disciplines like Labor Law, Human Rights, and Data Privacy, with subfields addressing videoconferencing ethics, minors' employment regulation, and refugee integration frameworks. Tutor of the Year award recipient (2020/2021 cohort) Expert/trainer in the European Pact for Integration (EPI) project (2019-2022) She teaches civil law contracts in administration and social security law, drawing from practical experience at law firms (Lempart Feliński), legal offices, and human rights organizations (Helsinki Foundation, European Foundation for Human Rights).
