Mansour Javidan is the Najafi Chair Professor in Global Mindset and Digital Transformation at Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona State University, and Executive Director of the Najafi Global Mindset Institute. His work focuses on global leadership, cross-cultural management, and large-scale cultural studies. He has led the GLOBE research program, a 20+ year multi-national study involving over 400 researchers and 60,000+ participants across 144 countries.
