Bayram Coşkun is a full Professor at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University's Faculty of Economics And Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Administration. He has been teaching since 1986 and holds a doctorate from Ankara University (2003). His career spans over 30 years in academic research, education, and administration. His recent publications examine artificial intelligence applications in education , presidential government reforms , and sustainability in municipal planning .
