Professor
Nur Çetin is a Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of International Relations, Kırşehir Ahi Evran University. She has held academic roles since 2003, including previous positions at Giresun University (2016-2019) and Hoca Ahmet Yesevi Uluslararası Türk-Kazak University (2006-2015). Education: PhD in History (2003), MA in History (1998), BA in Public Administration (2005), and a certificate in Kazakh Language Teaching (2018). Her research focuses on Turkish World Studies , International Politics , and International Institutions . She has published extensively on Central Asian history, Turkey-Kazakhstan relations, and geopolitical dynamics. Notable awards include the Ahmet Yesevi Üniversitesi 25.Yılı Madalyası (2017) and the Üstün Başarılı Bilim Adamı Madalyası (2016). She has supervised 12 formal theses, including works on Afgan migration, cultural diplomacy, and Russia's foreign policy. Her leadership roles include Dean of Kırşehir Ahi Evran University (2020-) and Chair of the International Relations Department (2019-).
