Prof. Dr. Malte Schwinger is a full Professor of Educational Psychology at the Philipps University of Marburg , Germany, since 2018 (W3 rank). His research focuses on learning and performance motivation , goal orientations , motivational and self-esteem regulation , self-handicapping , and school inclusion .
